Judy Bozeman, as Chairman of the Board of Woodway Financial Advisors has more than 30 years experience in banking, trust management, and financial planning. Judy is a member of the Financial Planning Association, American Institute of Banking, Houston Business and Estate Planning Council. She has served on the Boards of American Leadership Forum, Texas Executive Women and Greater Houston Women's Foundation and as Vice Chairman of Amigos de las Americas. Judy has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Houston where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was awarded the "National Observer Award" by Dow Jones & Company. Judy is a member of business, economic and interdisciplinary honor studies, including Beta Gamma Sigma, Omicron Delta Epsilon and Phi Kappa Phi.

Rick Morales joined Woodway Financial Advisors in 1991. Rick's extensive academic, technical and practical investment background provides a strong resource for Woodway's client base. Prior to Woodway, he spent seven years in portfolio management with an independent bank trust department. Rick is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute, and the CFA Society of Houston. He is past President of the Board of Directors of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business Administration Alumni Association and currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Board. Rick authors The Woodway Report, the firm's quarterly economic and capital market outlook. Rick has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston with a concentration in Finance.

Bill Cunningham served as a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer with Woodway Financial Advisors since joining the company in 1990, before becoming President and Vice Chairman of the Board in 2006. He has more than 25 years experience in estate and trust administration, investments, tax and financial planning. Bill has been a frequent speaker and author on the subject of distribution planning for qualified plans and IRAs, with articles published in The Journal of Taxation of Employee Benefits and the Texas Law Review . He is President of the Houston Estate & Financial Forum for 2007/2008 and a past President and Director of the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council.

Bill earned his undergraduate degree in Commerce from Washington & Lee University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Bates College of Law at the University of Houston. He is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor licensed by the Texas Bankers Association.

Maureen Phillips has more than 19 years of experience in the planning, administration and investment of personal, trust and charitable foundation assets. Prior to joining Woodway in 1996, Maureen was associated with the trust department of two major banks and was Manager and Trust Officer of Employee Benefits. As Senior Vice President and Trust Officer for Woodway, she administers an extensive range of clients on personal, trust and foundation issues. In addition to serving on the firm's Investment Advisory Board, Maureen is an active member in the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council, the Houston Estate and Financial Forum, Women Attorneys in Tax and Probate, and the Estate and Probate Section of the Houston Bar Association. Maureen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rice University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center.

Edward Kuntz is currently Executive Chairman of Kindred Healthcare, Inc., one of the largest providers of long-term health care services in the United States. Kindred, with revenues in excess of $4.0 billion, is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is a Fortune “500” company. Kindred operates a diverse blend of long-term health care services including hospitals, nursing centers, institutional pharmacies and contract rehabilitation services. In January 2004, Mr. Kuntz relinquished his position as CEO of Kindred, after serving as CEO for more than five years.

From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Kuntz was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Living Centers of America, a leading long-term health care company. After the sale of Living Centers, Mr. Kuntz became an advisor and consultant to a number of health care services and investment companies.

Mr. Kuntz began his career in the private practice of law from 1969 to 1978. He then served as Assistant and Associate General Counsel of ARA Services (now Aramark) from 1978-1985 when he became Executive Vice President of ARA Living Centers. He held that position from 1985 until the formation of Living Centers of America in 1992. & Mr. Kuntz graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree and also received Juris Doctor and Master of Law degrees from Temple University. He was an editor of the law review and designated a Barenkopf Scholar at Temple Law School.

Mr. Kuntz currently serves as a director and chairman of the compensation committee of Rotech Healthcare, a home healthcare provider and NASDAQ company. His other affiliations include Sentinel Capital Partners, Metro Dentalcare, Aperture Venture Partners and Woodway Financial Services.

Mr. Kuntz has been active in numerous professional and trade associations. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Health Care Association and is also a director of the Alliance for Quality Healthcare, a multi-facility long-term care organization. He is a past director of the Federation of American Hospitals and has been a frequent speaker at numerous financial, health care and investment conferences.

Mr. Kuntz presently serves as a member of the President’s Advisory Board of Temple University. In the past he has served as president of the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeast Texas, chairman of the Thyroid Society and on the boards of the Anti-Defamation League and Congregation Emanu El in Houston, Texas..


William Dennis Heagney

W. Dennis Heagney has worked in the energy business, specifically the offshore drilling industry for the past 39 years. During the first 33 of those years he worked for Transocean, Inc., retiring as Chief Operating Officer in June 2002. After various consulting assignments from 2003 to 2006 he now serves as Chief Executive Officer for a Norwegian firm refurbishing older offshore rigs.

During his early career, Dennis worked and lived in many different countries around the world including: Singapore, Dubai, Brazil, Gabon, Nigeria, Myanmar, Somalia, Egypt, Libya and Trinidad. In 1979, he moved to Houston where he and his wife Nancy make their home today.

A native of Casper, Wyoming, Mr. Heagney holds a professional engineering degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and completed the Harvard Graduate School of Business Program for Management Development. He is a registered professional engineer.

Mr. Heagney serves as a director of the International Association of Drilling Contractors and past director of the Greater Houston American Red Cross. He is currently active with the Colorado School of Mines.

Tom Mongan has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. For the last three years he has been a senior member of the credit research team at Argus Research, a New York-based securities firm. He previously was a trust and investment executive at Bank One Texas, Victoria Bank and Trust and the First City National Bank of Houston. Tom is a former president and director of the Houston Society of Financial Analysts, and he has served as a lecturer at the University of Houston. He has an MBA from the University of Houston and a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri. Tom is a CFA charter holder.

Terrylin Neale has been President of the University of Houston Foundation since 1987. The Foundation is an independent organization that manages endowed funds for the UH System and its four universities and provides other financial services. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Neale was Vice President and Executive Director of the Wortham Theater Foundation.

In a volunteer capacity, she is a Trustee of the Houston Grand Opera Endowment Board and was formerly President and Chairman of the Board of the Houston Grand Opera Association. Ms. Neale is a founder of the Greater Houston Women's Foundation, former board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and former President of the American Leadership Forum. She is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Baylor University.

George Peterkin was named Chairman Emeritus of the Kirby Corporation in 1999 and continues to serve the company in that capacity. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Dixie Carriers, Inc. since 1973. Mr. Peterkin serves on the Board of Trustees of Texas Children's Hospital, was President and acting Chairman of Texas Children's Hospital through 1991, and serves on the Board of Directors of Texas Medical Center. Mr. Peterkin is a graduate of University of Texas and served in the United States Navy during World War II.

As a professor of economics at the University of Houston, Dr. Smith teaches and conducts research in urban economics and public finance. He has been affiliated with the University of Houston since 1973 and has previously served as Chairman of U of H's Economics Department, and as Director of the Center for Public Policy. Dr. Smith continues to work with the Center as the Director of the Institute for Regional Forecasting. Dr. Smith received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Chicago in 1971 and 1974 respectively. Author of scores of books and papers on the Houston economy, Dr. Smith is quoted in both the national and local media. He is a popular speaker to select groups of both private investors and financial institutions. His forecasts are regularly reproduced nationally and internationally.

Robert Walsh has been involved in the investment industry for more than 36 years. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Mr. Walsh began his distinguished career in the investment business in 1965. During his career, he spent 16 years as a market/industry analyst with A. G. Becker & Co. where he also served as manager of the firm's pension fund. Mr. Walsh's professional experience also includes serving as Market Strategist and Director of Research for Rotan Mosle, Inc. in Houston and Blunt, Ellis & Loewi in Milwaukee. Prior to joining Herndon Plant Oakley, Mr. Walsh had a long-tenured position as a portfolio manager/analyst with a Houston based investment advisory firm.
