Judy Bozeman, as Chairman of the Board of Woodway Financial Advisors, has more than 30 years experience in banking, trust management and financial planning. Judy is a member of the Financial Planning Association, American Institute of Banking, Houston Business and Estate Planning Council. She serves on the board of Bauer College of Business Foundation and has served on the Boards of American Leadership Forum, Texas Executive Women and Women's Resource and as Vice Chairman of Amigos de las Americas .

Her Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics is from the University of Houston , where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was awarded “National Observer Award” by Dow Jones & Company. Judy is a member of business, economic and interdisciplinary honor studies, including Beta Gamma Sigma, Omicron Delta Epilson and Phi Kappa Phi.

Bill Cunningham joined Woodway Financial Advisors in 1990. He has more than 30 years experience in probate and trust administration, investments, tax and financial planning. Bill has had a primary role in the settlement of over 200 probate estates ranging in size to $50 million. He has spoken and written extensively on the subject of distribution planning for qualified plans and IRAs. He is a past President and Director of the Houston Estate and Financial Forum and past President and Director of the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council. He has served as Director for companies in a range of businesses including retail services, industrial products distribution, manufacturing and energy exploration.

Bill earned his undergraduate degree in Commerce from Washington & Lee University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Bates College of Law at the University of Houston . He is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor licensed by the Texas Bankers Association and has been certified as an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.

Allen Lewis brings additional financial experience and a proven proficiency in equity research to Woodway Financial Advisors. As Vice President and Director of Research, his expertise heightens the investment management and performance strengths available to clients of the firm.

Prior to joining Woodway Financial Advisors, Allen worked for nine years in software application design and implementation for a Fortune 500 company in Houston. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University in 1997 and his Master of Science in Finance from the Bauer College of Business (University of Houston) in 2005. While at UH, Allen served as a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Cougar Investment Fund, a private investment fund managed by graduate students at the Bauer College of Business. Allen also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin (2007).

Kellie Lopez serves as Trust Operations Officer and joined the firm in May 2000. She supervises three members of the Trust Operations department, which offers personalized expertise in a number of trust areas including living trusts, testamentary trusts and charitable trusts. She complements a highly qualified group of financial advisors with disciplines in law, finance, accounting and tax planning.

Kellie is expanding her financial acumen by attending Houston Community College where she is pursuing a degree in Finance. In addition, she is a graduate of the Texas Graduate Trust School.

Jennifer R. Marshall joined Woodway Financial Advisors as the Internal Auditor in June 2000. Her contributions to the firm were well recognized as she became an Account Administrator and then was promoted to her present position as Trust Administrative Officer. Within this area, her responsibilities include the administration of client accounts, estates and the implementation of special projects.

With a well-rounded background, Jennifer’s qualifications and prior financial expertise encompasses sales and accounting positions for both Fortune 500 companies and privately owned businesses. Jennifer received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree in Finance with a minor in accounting from Texas State University. Her collegiate activities included membership in Chi Omega Sorority and the Panhellenic Association.

Richard Morales joined Woodway Financial Advisors in 1991. Rick's extensive academic, technical and practical investment background provides a strong resource for Woodway's client base. Prior to Woodway, he spent seven years in portfolio management with an independent bank trust department.

Rick is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Houston. He is past President of the Board of Directors of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business Administration Alumni Association and served on the Dean's Advisory Board. Rick authors The Woodway Report, the firm's quarterly economic and capital market outlook. Rick has a Bachelor's of Business Administration and Master's of Business Administration from the University of Houston with a concentration in Finance.

Maureen Phillips has more than 20 years of experience in the planning, administration and investment of personal, trust and charitable foundation assets. Prior to joining Woodway in 1996, Maureen was associated with the Trust department of two major banks and was Manager and Trust Officer of Employee Benefits. As Senior Vice President and Trust Officer for Woodway, she administers an extensive range of clients on personal, trust and foundation issues.

Maureen is Manager of Trust Administration for the company and serves on its Advisory Committee. She is an active member in the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council, the Houston Estate and Financial Forum, Attorneys in Tax and Probate, and the Estate and Probate Section of the Houston Bar Association. Maureen earned her Bachelor's of Arts in Economics from Rice University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center.

Michael Ringger is responsible for corporate financial reporting, audits, information technology, human resources, and all other aspects of corporate operations at Woodway. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry previously serving as Chief Financial Officer for a state-chartered trust company and a registered investment advisor serving high-net-worth families. He provided leadership in the development of highly personalized, comprehensive financial and tax strategies for clients. He also led traditional finance and accounting, information technology, investment operations and human resources functions.

Michael began his career with a large international public accounting firm providing audit, tax and consulting services to owners of closely-held businesses and firms in the financial services industry.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He was previously licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State.

Donnie Roberts, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, oversees the planning, administration and investment of Woodway client accounts. Using his financial expertise, Donnie creates and implements customized programs for high net-worth individuals in areas such as executive compensation planning, family wealth transfers and retirement/cash flow planning.

Donnie has a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Economics from Sam Houston State University . He is an active member of the Houston Estate and Financial Forum and Financial Planning Association. Donnie is a past President of the Financial Planning Association of Houston Foundation.

Tom Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in investments, financial planning and trust administration to Woodway Financial Advisors. Prior to joining Woodway, Tom was a principal with an independent inventment advisory firm in Houston and had extensive experience as a trust officer with a major bank trust department. Tom has proven capabilities in investment advisory services with the ability to understand, design and achieve a client's financial goals.

Tom is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Houston and the Houston Estate and Financial Forum. He received his Bachelor's of Science and Master's of Business Administration degrees from the University of Houston with a concentration in finance.

Lindsay joined Woodway Financial Advisors in 2010. As an Internal Auditor, she is responsible for administrative account reviews, maintaining policy and procedure manuals, and assisting with information security.

Prior to joining Woodway Financial Advisors, she was an external auditor for a regional public accounting firm. Lindsay graduated cum laude from the Bauer College of Business, at the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting.

Michelle joined Woodway Financial Advisors in 2006 as a Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst. Prior to joining Woodway, she spent more than 10 years at J.P. Morgan in the Private Bank, and later as a Portfolio Manager in the Private Client Services Group.

Michelle is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Houston. She holds a Master of Vocal Performance from Rice University and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

James joined Woodway Financial Advisors in 2007 as a Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst. At Woodway, James is responsible for analyzing the Industrials, Technology, and Telecommunication sectors.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University with a concentration in Finance. While at the Jones School, James served as the Chief Investment Officer of the M.A. Wright Fund. James is currently a Level III candidate in the CFA program.

Chris O’Daniel helps oversee the financial planning department at Woodway Financial Advisors. Chris works directly with the trust officers to create and maintain comprehensive financial plans for new and existing clients with an emphasis on retirement strategies, long-term cash flow analysis, estate planning and income tax analysis.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. He is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Houston and is working towards obtaining his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Prior to joining Woodway, Chris worked in banking with a large corporate bank in Houston.

Greg Sphar joined Woodway Financial Advisors in 2011 as a Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst. At Woodway, Greg is responsible for analyzing the Healthcare and Consumer Staples sectors.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, IL, and a Master of Business Administration from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. While at UH, Greg served as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst for the Cougar Investment Fund, a private investment vehicle funded by outside accredited investors and managed by graduate students at the C.T. Bauer College of Business. Greg has nine years of diverse experience in the automotive, energy, and aerospace and defense industries at various Fortune 500 companies.
