"Nonpublic personal information" is personally identifiable financial information about you that is not publicly available that we obtain in connection with providing financial services to you. For example, nonpublic personal information includes information regarding your account balance and financial transactions.

For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties to assist us in servicing your account with us and to government entities in response to subpoenas. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you or our former clients without your permission to anyone, except as permitted by law.
When providing nonpublic personal information to third parties (such as a company that prints your statements) to assist in servicing your account, we require that party to follow similar privacy policies that ensure confidentiality of such information.
We limit access to your personal and account information to those officers and staff with a business reason for knowing such information. Woodway Financial Advisors educates our employees so that they understand the importance of client privacy and confidentiality and takes appropriate measures to enforce privacy standards.
Woodway Financial Advisors has established procedures to ensure that clients' financial and personal information is accurate, current and complete in accordance with reasonable business standards. Requests to correct inaccurate information are processed in a timely manner.
